Adult Services: Mission

Valley Collaborative has been providing employment and community-based supports to adults with disabilities for more than 30 years. The mission of the Valley Collaborative Adult Services Department is to empower individuals to navigate confidently and with optimal independence in their community by promoting lifelong learning and self-direction of services. 

Our longstanding, diverse employer and community-based partnerships allow individuals to pursue a variety of interests while building relationships and developing new skills.  

For those seeking employment, Valley Collaborative's job development team has more than 60 years of experience in helping individuals find and maintain jobs.  Services are available in English, Spanish, and Khmer.
