• Valley Middle School

    The Valley Middle School is a small and supportive environment which fosters students’ learning through a tailored, therapeutic approach in order to meet each student’s individual needs. Our school is rich with trained professionals, and through innovative programming, help to empower students to discover their individual strengths, interests and abilities. The Middle School curriculum is aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and the Common Core Standards. Students are motivated and engaged through small class sizes, the use of technology, and differentiated and multimodal instruction.

    Embedded within the Middle School program, all students access the following:

  • Social skills group
  • Wellness
  • Life skills training
  • Art education
  • Music therapy
  • Electives (Band, Cooking, Yearbook, Creative Arts)
  • Community-based activities
  • Educational field trips
  • Experiential physical education

    School Information:

    We serve students in grades 6-8 and welcome any and all questions or tours.

        Program Hours: 
         8:00AM - 2:00PM
         Monday through Friday

    School Year:

    September through June; Plus a six week summer program
